Course Proposals

To submit a course proposal, please download, save to your PC and complete the Course Proposal Form.

Please e-mail the form to lcheremisinoff@brookdalecc.edu or mail it to:

We recommend submitting course proposals by the following timeframes:

  • Spring Semester – August 1st
  • Summer Semester – December 1st
  • Fall Semester – March 1st

Monthly Expense Reimbursement Procedures

Requests to expend personal funds for instructional materials and other expenses must be pre-approved by your Program Administrator prior to purchase.

If approved, A Monthly Expense And Daily Travel Report should be prepared and mailed with original receipts to your Program Administrator as soon as possible. Reimbursement for materials will be issued separate from payroll.

According to college regulations, original, itemized receipts must accompany requests for reimbursement. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Please speak to your administrator before purchasing materials for any class.
